Your booth will include tables that attendees can visit - and we will encourage them to do so with prizes and promotions. We set aside time to visit vendors and encourage them to do so throughout the event. The goal is for everyone to get real connections with real people - all without leaving their center.

The Centers Together event is new, but we expect more than 1,000 attendees, with hopes of reaching 3,000. Why do we believe that is possible? There are a few simple reasons.

First, this is an idea whose time has come. Live events are expensive and disruptive. Centers often have to absorb travel costs, hotel expenses, and several days away from ministry. Centers Together gives staff and volunteers real access to top speakers and sponsors without requiring a center to shut down for a week. In addition, the event’s focus on unity allows for broader participation across the pregnancy center movement.

Second, our organizations have relationships with more than 2,400 pregnancy centers. BrightCourse alone interacts with more than 6,000 center staff and volunteers daily and more than 12,000 unique users every month. Heritage House provides services for more than 1,800 pregnancy centers and has strong working relationships across the movement. We have also dedicated a significant marketing budget to help make this event successful.

Finally, the pricing is designed to bring the entire center into the experience, including smaller pregnancy centers that are often overlooked by large-event pricing models. At around $149 for five attendees with full access, a smaller center can bring its entire staff for less than the cost of one hotel room.

What will the actual numbers be? We do not know yet. But we believe Centers Together has the potential to become one of the largest gatherings of pregnancy centers in the world, and we are committed to working hard to make that vision a reality.
