Pregnancy center work is deeply relational. It happens through team trust, client conversations, volunteer care, medical moments, church partnerships, community relationships, and faithful service over time. Centers Together is built with that reality in mind.

Because the event is virtual, more of your staff, volunteers, medical team, board members, and ministry partners can participate without flights, hotels, or several days away from the center. But the virtual format is not treated like a substitute for connection. It is used as a way to bring your team together in your own space, around your own table, with the people who already serve beside you.

Your team is encouraged to plan a staff lunch during the event, gather in your own center, and talk about what you are hearing together. Lunch becomes more than a break. The full team gathers around the same daily theme and keynote then goes to their Ministry Path session. This means your nurse, client advocate, volunteer coordinator, Executive Director, parenting mentor, and board member can each receive practical equipping while still sharing one event experience.
