Four days to clarity, confidence, & connection

The daily themes give your team a simple journey to follow—from strengthening the people who serve, to meeting clients with trust, walking with families through ongoing care, and building support that lasts beyond the center.  Each team member will still learn in their Ministry Path but with each sessions being taught with the daily theme in mind.

Day 1: Build the Mission

Day 2: Meet the Moment

Day 3: Walk the Journey

Day 4: Plant the Future

daily themes

Each day of this virtual in-service follows a simple journey: strengthen the team, reach her with trust, serve her through difficult moments, and help her find lasting support. The daily themes are designed to help your center move from mission clarity to practical client care without overwhelming your staff or volunteers. From the first moment a woman begins looking for help to the long-term relationships that support her beyond the appointment, each day focuses on one part of serving clients well for every role in your center so that we can server her well—together.

Build the Mission

feb 9

Build the Mission focuses on the foundation beneath every part of pregnancy center work: mission clarity, team health, leadership alignment, organizational culture, and unity across roles. Presenters will help every Ministry Path think through real challenges with clarity, humility, and usable next steps so the team can begin Centers Together with renewed purpose and stronger shared language.

Begin Centers Together by strengthening the team, culture, and shared purpose behind the work. This day helps every Ministry Path start from the same foundation: a healthier team serving one mission together.

meet the moment

feb 10

Meet the Moment is about the early interactions that often shape a client’s entire experience with the center. From the first online search or phone call to the first appointment, intake conversation, advocacy meeting, medical service, or moment of decision, each role has a part in building trust.

The day’s keynote will focus the whole team toward clearer communication, stronger client experience, and more consistent care across the center.

Focus on the first moments that shape trust: discovery, first contact, intake, appointment experience, and the decision moment. This day helps every Ministry Path consider how the center meets a client with clarity, compassion, and consistency.

walk the journey

Walk the Journey focuses on what happens after the initial point of contact. Pregnancy center work is not only about one conversation or one appointment; it is about walking with clients through practical needs, parenting support, mentoring relationships, material assistance, fatherhood support, and continued encouragement. The keynote will help the full team consider what faithful, consistent care can look like over time. Ministry Path sessions will then help different roles apply that theme in ways that fit their work.

Strengthen the ongoing care that helps women, men, and families continue forward after the first appointment. This day connects every Ministry Path to the long-term work of support, mentoring, parenting help, and practical next steps.

Plant the Future

Plant the Future focuses on the support that can continue growing beyond the walls of the center. Pregnancy centers play a vital role, but they are not meant to carry the whole journey alone. Churches, community partners, mentors, volunteers, donors, and trusted local relationships can all help create pathways toward stability, discipleship, family support, and life beyond the immediate moment of need. The final day will help bring the event arc together by focusing the whole team on long-term growth, relational bridges, and faithful next steps.

Look beyond the center to the relationships and partnerships that help clients find lasting support. This day helps every Ministry Path consider how churches, community partners, volunteers, donors, and long-term connections can strengthen the mission.
